Journey, the series of 14 cyanotypes, records a train journey through northern Germany on a rainy day, photographed through the train window.
From time to time a picture will be taken, in which characteristic motifs are recorded – a cottage, bridges over rivers and canals, an oncoming train, moments that reflect the character of this area in an unsentimental manner yet with an atmosphere of melancholy mood.
